She first graduated with a Licentiate in Law (LL.L.) and was later admitted to complete her Juris Doctor (J.D.) within the National Program. Prior to Law school, Cynthia graduated as a Paralegal, with distinction from college La Cité.

Cynthia has experience and knowledge across a wide variety of immigration matters including refugee claims, humanitarian and compassionate applications, permanent resident application, provincial nominee programs, family sponsorship, study permits, work permits, and temporary resident visas.
Cynthia is experienced in dealing with the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB), Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), and officials from Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC).
